CeeHaz The Barber Gives Alonys New Look

Over the weekend good friend and celebrity barber Ceehaz The Barber came into town

to shoot a video with Revolutioneyez Media photographer Adrian Ojerio.

With an element of arts theme this video features myself, Talkbox Artist Fingadelic, Streetlight Music artist Sage Baby,
and many more...

While waiting for my shot, I decided to have Ceehaz transform me and create a design
in my canvas of hair.

I was a little apprehensive...taking all day to decide. With the strong support and excitement of my
husband swaying me more into yes, by the time it was my time to shoot I had decided....

Fck Yeah! Let's do it!!! It's only hair and I'm for living in the moment.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and comments on my decision. I am very happy that I did.

Here is a little footage taken when I got my head shaved and designed.

Its a little abstract, but would you expect anything else from an abstract artist?

No...

Enjoy the video and thank you again to CeeHaz The Barber for my new look... alonys kisses.

Variety is the spice to life

GREAT EATS AND ART MEET

On a beautiful wednesday SoCal day we headed to Hollywood to complete day 2 of the shoot. After the shoot we headed to Lost Souls Cafe to meet up with the owner Justin, who by the way is very cool and exudes a very positive and friendly vibe.

I can't resist an espresso after a long day, especially in a cafe with such a relaxing bar. This is not only a relaxing cafe with great food and vibe, but they showcase a new artist every month and participate in the downtown LA monthly artwalk.

Whether you choose to be on your laptop, watch the flat screens at the bar, all while listening to a compatible mix of music, your mood will be set right.

This cafe gained my 'Good Eats' stamp once I became introduced to the Turkey Berry SunBread Sandwich and the popular Ube Shake. Both light and flavorful I was left wanting more. The Hummus Wrap and Basil Pesto Turkey kept calling my name. I can't wait to try those sandwiches.

With pocket friendly prices and a casual cool atmosphere this cafe will be a staple in my Downtown LA visits.
